The schedule was open but they didn’t respond until someone booked a 1 day stay a day before my check out date and then said it’s no longer available the night before check out. I didn’t see the message so the cleaners came and threw all my stuff in a bag and put in the gym. They didn’t get my laptop or books out of the unit so they clearly didn’t clean that well or else it would have been in the bag...
