The carpet felt sticky. The room was spacious. There is a gentleman's club in the same parking lot. Plus to location is that its only 10-15 min from Disneyland. Breakfast was mid.

Had to pay $25.00 a night for parking in Embassy’s own property…spent an additional $50 for a 2 night stay for Security WHAT??? Didn’t know how bad the area was that we had to pay for security…not mentioned on description of property! We have stay at this property many times over the years but be staying there again

Our first room wasn’t cleaned properly and had a broken shower faucet. The hotel is definitely older as you can tell by rust spots on the bathroom floor and chipped wood on cabinets. The front desk staff was good about getting us another room and the breakfast was good.

The pool had an extreme amount of chlorine! It was hard to be inside the pool area because the chlorine was so strong that it was hurting my eyes

Outdated. No TV guide available. Staff took 90 minutes after 3 calls to tell us no extra blanket available. Kept saying they would send them up until the last call. Bathroom had sewage smell and instruction to access wifi were not working. Had to call to get additional instructions. No free shuttle to Disneyland. I called BEFORE I made reservation and was told they had a shuttle. Wouldn't stay here again.

This place left me without anywhere to stay with my family which included 3 kids one of them being a baby. Not to mention I wasn't even refunded. I arrived at 2:05am flying in from another state and I was told I could no longer check in and there wasn't anything they could do not even find me a room because they were "booked" even before 2am. They won't guarantee you your room even if you had PAID for months in advance. They don't care nor will honor your reservation. Make sure you arrive as early as possible to guarantee you have a room and aren't left pretty much stranded.

My kids were impressed by the inside. The outside did not look like much but it was surprisingly great. Our room wasn't too bad but there definitely needs to be updates made to the rooms and the balcony area was full of spiders. One even made it to the room but was taken care of quickly thank goodness. Other than that breakfast was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. Thanks Mohammed! We had a fantastic stay!

Dated property but the rooms were clean minus the microwave which definitely was NOT cleaned before we stayed. Breakfast was very limited and the same every day. Friendly helpful staff and environment. Inconvenient shuttle to and from Disney due to farther location.
