“Clean, great location”

“The staff were all great. The breakfast was nice. I have just a couple of suggestions. The stairwells were a bit dark, especially at night or when coming in out of the bright sun in the daytime. For safety, couldn’t they be better illuminated?Also, the alarm clock in our room was defective. We did not plan to use it, but we noted that the alarm was switched off. Nonetheless, the alarm sounded at midnight on our first night there. Just to be safe, I set the alarm for 3 PM and made sure the alarm……

“The rooms were nice and clean. However, some people loitering around the property was a little concerning. I was very concerned for the safety of my car. I almost left and went somewhere else but I already paid for the room..”

“The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast had many options. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“We had a 1-br king suite and stayed for 2 nights. Check-in was smooth, although it's annoying to have to use the keycard to access outside doors when your hands are full of luggage. The bedroom portion of our suite was in great shape, but the living room and bathroom felt pretty shabby and worn out. They were reasonably clean, although the carpet and sofa had some slight staining. But the tub liner was cracked, the wallpaper was peeling, and everything just felt kind of tired. The mirror……

“Breakfast was not good. Over microwave premade sandwich The curtains are on auto open and close. Ours didn’t work to open and they couldn’t fix it so we couldn’t see our beautiful view. No one offered to change rooms”

“Front desk person Carlyeen was very nice, she called us in our room after we checked in to see if we needed anything, and also to ask how everything was. Thought this was very nice.”

“The shower didn’t drain properly, and for some reason the toilet flushes twice every time you flush. There may be a plumbing problem, hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else”

“If your looking for a fun place to have fun with your kids look no further! You can enjoy their amazing pool and have a picnic at their fantastic outdoot seating area. If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel.”
