"We chose this resort for a few reasons. One that it to clean the rooms daily, that it had a fridge, a microwave and a table and chairs. We were there for four days after three days of not having the room cleaned and complaining each evening and being told, “ oh they’ll clean it tomorrow” we finally asked for a second room. The fridge in the room only had three legs. This wouldn’t be an issue if you were only there one night but we were there four you have things you need refrigerated. We asked each night for it to be replaced and never was. Our garbage was never removed as well. The staff were always apologetic and told us they would leave notes but nothing ever got done. On the fourth night we were given a new room to sleep in but the tv didn’t work so we were given the old room key back. So we watched tv in one room and slept in the other. We had to laugh at the whole situation. The staff at the front deck did all they could but it never was followed thru. It’s too bad because the ground are so nice but the rooms that we had we not the same."
