"Nice place to stay, but management is not very good. Not only my room, but several other rooms didn't have hairdryers. Hotel didn't even have a plunger. And my son was present when a customer came in to check in and the attendant on duty verified the registration, but said no rooms were available. Attendant would not fully credit the amount back, only 50%. Its a nice hotel, nice room, and covienent location, but management severely lacks. Given what I have experienced, I will not use this hotel...

"Room was great. Carpet a tad worn but otherwise fantastic. Room had awesome shower with multiple heads and a budet heated toilet seat which would have been great in winter....couldn't figure out how to shut iff the heat. Bathroom had awesome mirror with bluetooth. Bed very comfortable. "

"Professionally maintained property. Very clean, supplies for things like laundry pods were full on arrival. Easy checkin and checkout. Two main beds were comfortable. Modern appliances. Extremely reasonable rates during the Football off season. Nice TV with amazon fire. Modern laundry.Property is very near to football stadium, literal walking distance. Within 5minutes drive to Lawton school, fairly near to Dicken and downtown Ann Arbor.One thing to note,it is on a main road so it will not be super quiet at night and if you dont trust small kids near a street you might not like it as much. "The house is really nice with a lovely backyard. We enjoyed looking through the catalogue of house kits and then trying to spot other Sears houses in the neighborhood. An easy walk down to the University and art fair. Definitely enough room for the four of us and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Property was beautiful and in a wonderful location close to the Stadium. It was exceptionally comfortable for my wife and I. The only issue that we had was the hot tub was poorly treated and the water had a green hue so we were unable to use it but that should be easily fixable. Besides that the property was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay there."

"Property was clean and matched the description. Plenty of room for my family to be able to relax in between events at the university for Graduation. Prepared a few meals at the home and had everything necessary to do that. Short walk to get to the Big House so you didn't need to use your car. Neighborhood is nice as well. Didn't have any needs to contact the host after check in, but the check-in / check-out process was good. Very nice home for any event you would have in the area."

Easy access to bedrooms for my elderly parents and large common areas for everyone to hang out. House was clean and comfortable, and appreciate the tea/coffee for us. Host was very responsive. "

"I booked this place for the week so I could stay with my son while he recovered from an ACL surgery. The apartment was perfect. It was nicely appointed, quiet and conveniently located to everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was a nice living room with TV's in the bedrooms and living room. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. Hope to book here again the future."

It has a generously sized well-equipped kitchen, and just enough space overall to have our daughter and son-in-law over for a meal and some TV football. Dinner table seats four.
