The property is very accessible but like other Red Roof properties, its a bit cheap looking. Access to my plans was easy and affordable. However, because i stayed 1 night alone and just slept, i expected my deposit back as i wad told but never received it.

We had recently renovated rooms and they were excellent. The Inn was easily accessible to Ann Arbor downtown and all we needed. Staff were friendly and very helpful meeting our requests to have our rooms next door to one another. It was Saturday night and there was a lot of noise outside our room about 3am sounded like lost of people were having fun but I was able to go back to sleep and they said they would check up on it for future people staying there. Otherwise beds good, rooms very clean! All was good :0)

This was the worse experience I have ever had at a hotel. I had to pay an additional fee though I paid for the room in full. The room had BEDBUGS. I was not able to sleep at all. Lastly the steps to the room were in terrible disrepair but it was the only way to get to the room.

Not everything needs 5 stars. This was a perfectly adequate place to sleep. I had worked a full day but had a conference in the area so I arrived late and checked out early. The amenities were clean, quiet, and nothing flashy which is exactly what I needed because I didn’t want to pay much for 10 hours of use.
