“Great.”

“Loved the easy access to the beach and the fact that the property had beach supplies available for you to use. We had great service when needed and will definitely visit again !”

“Great bungalow in perfect location”

“Very good”

“The property was clean and inviting upon arrival. It is a great location for walking most places we wanted to go on the island. We arrived earlier than expected so we called and they were able to let us in a little early. The call service was easy to contact. The code didn’t work to get in, but we called and they were able to give us the code to get the key. There isn’t much insulation between this condo and the one above. We could hear little feet running and even conversations of the upstairs...

“We had a wonderful weekend at this property! It is close to the beach and walking distance from a ton of restaurants. Communication was great and they were super friendly. It was a rainy weekend so the only thing we wished is that the TV in the bedroom was a smart TV but that didn't bother us too much as the living room tv was. We usually barely turn on the TV on vacation but the rain left us with not much to do. Lovely property, it was clean and as described in the listing. We'd definitely...

“We loved our stay at 107A! It was perfect for the two of us, We loved the short walk to the beach and how walkable it was to local restaurants and stores. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Everything was fantastic except for the 75 ticket we got for parking on the street when the listing said street parking available we parked within the means of the sign did not block a driveway right in front of the property that we rented but still receive a 75 ticket other than that everything was fantastic”

“This place was close to the pier, so it was fun watching the construction. You really need to rent a golf cart if staying very long there. Pool was right outside the door! We used the free bus to go to Holmes Beach!”

“el lugar es bien limpio y acogedor le recomiendo reservar aqui y muy cerca de la playa”

“The location was absolutely fantastic. So close to everything on the north end, which is the part of the island that we really preferred. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach cart provided was life-changing for all our future beach vacations!Only suggestion I have would be to add curtains to the bedroom. Even with the blinds shut, it still gets pretty bright in there in the morning.”

“Great place to stay! Proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Staff was so nice and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!”

“Has a beautiful view of the bay right behind the houseNeighbors were very friendly, has a new house being built next door but it still was quaint beach was in walking distance. Definitely a must do again.”

“Its a nice quiet location on the island. Close to Bean Pointe Beach, but more than 2 blocks to walk. The pool was very nice. The bed wasn't comfortable. Its so low, almost on the floor, I made my back hurt. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. The couch is a old pull-out, and is worn out. My 3 dislikes could be fixed to make it so much better. The island is amazing. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Plenty of activities to do also. Great place to spend time.”

“This property is gorgeous! From the pool to watching dolphins, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our only little complaint would be the shower head did not have enough water pressure for our liking. Another added bonus was the beach chairs and umbrella that they provided for us to take to the beach. This was a nice touch since we flew and could not bring beach necessities. We so loved our stay of 5 days!”

“Perfect location! Walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants! The pool was an added bonus”

“We came in for a girls trip and the home and location were perfect. The house is truly steps from the beach and has everything you need. We also enjoyed to pool and patio for coffee and drinks every day.”

“I can’t believe I forgot to do a review. Let me just get right to it…I love this place. It was so comfortable and clean and a convenient walk to the beach. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when I visit. Very very Comfortable and Convenient!!”
