They really go above and beyond to making you feel like you are special without being intrusive. I’ve been to 5 star resorts but nothing compares. So many perks. They have the best breakfast in the morning. Three times a week they have these free exceptional yoga classes. The instructor, Daniella, was wonderful. She taught the class thoughtfully, including those who were new to yoga. They have free very nice air conditioned vans that can shuttle you into town and pick you up at a designated location every twenty minutes. The rooms are beautiful. Clean and large. Our room had a stunning beach view and had easy access to breakfast and the beach. This hotel lacks for nothing. 5 stars plus!!! We will certainly be back!! The room itself was excellent value: very spacious, well laid out, and easily a 10/10\. Having the market, Mercury, restaurants, department store, and more all within the hotel was extremely convenient. The location is a bit away from the beaches and main tourist areas, but it worked well for us—and we actually enjoyed the extra walking. The staff was helpful overall, though the split front desk setup created some confusion. The check-in process also felt a bit outdated—an app or online pre-check-in would streamline things and eliminate the unnecessary lines. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a bit of a tough rating—4 feels too low, but 5 feels slightly high in some areas. Overall, though, it’s a great value for what you get."
