“Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Alberico hat es geschafft, den ursprünglichen Charakter dieses tollen Steinhauses zu bewahren. Trotzdem ist es mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaubsalltag benötigt. Besonders das Bad ist sehr gepflegt. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to .
However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.”

“This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20……
