“There was no maid service, you had to take out your own garbage, weren't allowed to turn thermostat below 74, no ice machine, a room that was rated as accessible didn't have any handicap features except it had a wide enough door to get into the room. Won't stay there again.”

“I was disappointed in the Lakeside Inn overall! Clean but small rooms, ice maker not working and no help at the desk and no cart for luggage retrieval. I would not stay again.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and kind. It was a really fun place with great views! My kids loved it, and we hope to come back again. The bedding and bathroom felt very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Any concern reported, the team answered right away. The one negative was that the beach was a little dirty (a couple dead fish, beer cans) and the pool also had cups and cans around it. They definitely need to clean those more often. It was pretty windy and during Memorial Day……

“The pillows were so small you need multiple pillows to make one. The towels are super small and they do not make the bed for you on a 2 night stay. We expected this. It’s a motel 6 so we knew what we were getting. For the price it is expected but the location is perfect for launching a boat at Site 6 on the island at lake havasu city. We really wish this was a better kept property but we don’t spend much time in the room. The pool was ok but the hot tub is not working anymore. The property……
