“My grandson and I spent four days and three nights at the plaza. We had NO HOT WATER for the entire stay. There was mold and mildew all along the baseboard and in the drain of the shower. “i reserved the motel ONE month in advance. i got my reservation canceled because i didn’t respond to a confirmation within 2 hours of the check in. (i was busy stranded on the side of the highway because my car’s transmission blew).
