“My room did not have a beach view. ($100 extra) It was a sand view. This was the second time giving this place a chance. Property is nice but no beach view and the beach access was not maintained. We had to go down a bunch of sand and it wasn't safe ”

“The location was convenient a boardwalk away from the beach. No crowds. 3 big pools (1 was heated-ish). The house was well stocked with beach chairs, etc. The property is a little dated, but the location overcame that. Would have loved to see it in its prime.

“The apartment was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The location was the perfect distance, access-wise, from the pool and beach (close enough for convenience but far away from any potential late night celebrants).”
