The house is positioned so that the front is shaded from 1:00 pm on.The morning sun was refreshing to sit in the front yard & look out over the bay.It was great for my disabled stepfather in an electric wheelchair. Judy’s husband even went & rearranged furniture before our stay to make sure he had enough room. My mother has knee problems & walks with a cane & she got around with no……

“The amenities in the home, both inside and outside, were amazing!! The house is fully stock with everything you need and more. The owner truly supplied everything to make the stay comfortable. There was ample space for our big family. Plenty of parking for everyone. The views were spectacular. We enjoyed lots of fishing and grilling. We had an issue with the septic tank being full for one of the restrooms in half of the home. This was the only inconvenience we experienced. Some of our guests……

“We loved this place, it was just enough space for all of us. The only complaint was one of the beds was too hard so I slept on the couch, but it was very comfortable. The house was in a great location, the view exceptional, furniture was very comfortable, and kitchen was fully equipped. We loved sitting out in the deck/balcony just enjoying the view. Everyone loved fishing off the docks, lounging in the pool, and the kayaks and water pad were great for the teenagers we had staying with us. The……

“Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have……

“A very cute little property. There are several units. Ours was about the size of a hotel room with a micro wave and fridge. Great location close to restaurants and swimming. If we stay here again we will bring something to soften the mattress. ”

“Beautiful home we all had a great time plenty for all to do and enjoy The whole family enjoyed the pool hot tub and absouletly loved the fishing off the dock we caught red fish spotted trout flounder sheepshead and even a blue crab. We will definetly book here again..we come every year and this place by far exceeded all of our expectaions ”
