This is a well-planned, well-managed, quality property with nearly every amenity one would expect of such a facility. The only downside, and the reason I dropped the score for staff from 5 to 4, is the performance of the person overseeing the prepaid (or for fee) breakfast service, whose demeanor was a little less than accommodating, and (only slightly) abrupt. This is our second stay at this facility (even though we were aware of other lodging options at lower price points), and we chose to stay there again because of our first experience, which included a "free breakfast." This stay did not, and we were unaware of the change, which added about $22 onto the final charge, which was already inflated by a considerably higher room charge. If you're good with that, this is still a well-managed, impeccably clean hotel with excellent furnishings and amenities. It will, however, come at a distinctly higher price than other offerings nearby. Not knowing of the quality level of those other options, a frequent traveler through Ardmore might find it useful to investigate them before reserving this hotel, however a one-time traveler probably can't go too wrong by booking this hotel.
