Just 400 meters from the beach and 800 meters from the resort center, this seaside holiday apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping alcove with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The advantages of this holiday accommodation in the South of France: residential area, close to shops and the beach, communal swimming pool, private parking space, enclosed loggia, television, and washing machine. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Sheets and towels are not provided; however, they can be reserved by contacting the agency at least ten days before your arrival. Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: \- Towels: €9.90\. - Bed linen rental (single bed): €16.90 \- Bed linen rental (double bed): €17.90 \- Mini Wi-Fi box rental per week: €39 \- Bath mat + tea towels: €6.90 Property managed by a professional.
