I really love the location and the amenities and I would love to see this place renovated . Chairs ,rugs are very outdated and the indoor pool and gym area needs more maintenance. This hotel has so much potential if the place get all the renovations that are needed it could be one of the nest hotel in the area

The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!

The location is great since it is near the Met and all the free summer stuff there.

Upon arrival at check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready. It was disappointing how that even happened when we booked weeks ahead. However, the staff were very kind to find us a new room 10-15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. I appreciate their effort in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. We would stay here again!

It was not good. There was a power outage and they did not have a a generator. So we slept with no electricity.
