Surrounded by mossy oak trees and overlooking the rolling hills of the Huasna Valley, this beautiful home offers the perfect mix of rustic charm, comfort, and convenience. Just five minutes from the Village of Arroyo Grande and midway to Lopez Lake, it’s an ideal spot to relax, explore, and reconnect with nature.

Please note that this is a rural, working farm property:
• You may hear roosters or other barnyard sounds during the day
• Occasional (infrequent) noise may carry from a nearby private gun range
• The home runs on well water, so in rare cases of power outage, water may be temporarily unavailable
• These are natural and rare occurrences that come with the rural charm—refunds will not be issued for things outside our control
