Everything was great. No electrical worked in the bathroom, ice machine on floor broken. Otherwise, convenient, easy to park, quick checkin, very nice staff, great for what I needed it to be!

Nice location close to the River Arts District and downtown Asheville with ample free parking and friendly desk clerks. However, the room was disappointing as there were stains all over the carpet, the shower floor pan was really dirty and there was a dead bug in the bathroom upon arrival. We’ve stayed here before (a year ago) and the room was fine but given our recent visit, I don’t think we’d stay here again.

The door that opens on the shelf was broken and it was hard to access our refrigerator. The water in the gym was all out and not replaced the whole time we were there. I liked the staff but the person at reception seemed impatient to get rid of me when she had a line, but I had questions I wanted answered.

Facility and rooms are spacious, clean and nice, though the shower floor could use some ‘elbow grease’. Seating for the complimentary breakfast is very inadequate for the number of guest rooms. Free shuttle to River Arts area and downtown is a nice feature.

Upon check-in we were informed our only option for a 4 night stay was a room on the "pet floor." We did not have a pet or even know about a pet floor. The floor has a strong odor of sanitizer covering other odors. Carpet was worn, bathroom floor not clean. Our option was to move to a different floor, (room only available one night) then move again the following day. In the room they moved us to (king suite w/ sofa bed) the sink did not drain, and highway or air conditioner noise was very loud. The next morning we checked out. I put average on the staff and service. To be clear, the check-in staff were not friendly, did not communicate thoroughly, and tried to push off any lack in information onto expedia. The staff the next morning were communicative and helpful.

Not a central location, but daily shuttle is great. Easy to travel around Asheville. Staff was very helpful- refroze my blue ice packs in advance if my car trip home

We really did like this property with one exception. First I will say the facility was very clean, pet friendly, appears to be newly remodeled, fresh and modern! And no traffic noise inside the building!!even though it is right off the expressway. Easy access to anywhere. On one end of a small shopping plaza with a super grocery store where you can get sandwhiches drinks food for your big family without spending a lot if money out at a restaurant including all supplies. Just the two of you- 3 restaurants on site walkable. Good continental breakfast. Coffee and tea 24/7. One caveat: i think the a/c is programmed to “pause” for a few wee hours before dawn- it cost us loss of sleep. Couldnt to get the thermostat to drop Dont hesitate to ask about this at check in because you and I both know no one will be there st 3am. I will use this hotel again but I will verify up front that a/C better not be pre programmed to “pause”

This was a clean and convenient place to stay. Staff was friendly as well. The only complaint is that the shower curtains were 5 inches too short for the shower. The bottom of the curtain barely touches the top of the tub. Water just pours out if you take a shower. It's already damaging the wall around the shower. Seems like an easy fix, they just need to do it.

The staff was awesome, the room was clean although it needs some TLC - the elevator sounds like is going to come apart it shakes a lot The area is the artsy area in Nashville and I expected the loool
