Great Location
This property was exactly as promoted. New, clean and close to everything downtown. We felt very safe in this property with the garage code metal door, codes to get into the property, codes for the elevator and codes for the residence. Note here, do not forget your codes or have them written down. The property is literally two blocks to entertainment, breweries, restaurants and shops. The only drawback was the living room furniture is modest at best and not comfortable for movie watching. Everything else was Top shelf for top shelf price. You get what you pay for.

Clean Minimalist Condo Across From Bus Depot
Condo was brand new and very clean and in a fairly convenient location but with several annoying things which must be mentioned. Right across the street from a Bus Station. Like right across the street, hear buses early and late across the street. The homeless problem was gone during our stay, so that wasn’t an issue as expected. Condo doesn’t any light fixtures in the bedrooms, just a reading light. Since the bedrooms don’t have any dressers in them be prepared to live out of your suitcase and fumble around in it in the darkness since the light provided is far from adequate. That was very annoying since we were there for 4 nights. Parking garage was very safe and secure so that was a bonus but getting my SUV out of the tight spaces was a multistep process. If you have a Suburban or an Expedition probably a nonstarter.

Very nice condo, area not great
The condo was clean and nice. My only complaint was that there were a lot of sketchy people milling around the bus depot across the street. I was not comfortable walking my dog alone. If you are in a group it’s probably fine.
