This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). Information for additional parking is listed below.

Great location and very clean! Across from bus station and several homeless around location but wasn’t an issue.

Terrible Neighborhood
While the unit itself was ok, the neighborhood is really horrible and feels unsafe. The building is directly across the street from a major bus station and next door to a social services facility. There were vagrants outside the building hanging around at all times of the day and night, even sleeping in the building doorway. As a woman I didn't feel safe and the walk to nearby restaurants requires you to walk past all the vagrants. I never saw any security presence.

Great trip
The condo is in a great location. Our group was all seniors and the property provided carts for easy unloading and convenient access to the elevator from the garage area. This particular unit lacked a few basic kitchen items but overall met our needs.

Super-convenient location, great place
This place is a great location to hop around downtown Asheville. We walked most places, so it was convenient to have the garage parking space. One suggestion: since it is across from the Asheville bus station, if you are sensitive to noise at night (not a whole lot, just some), I recommend bringing ear plugs or a source for ambient noise to block it out.

Spotless rental & great location
Everything was great. The unit was very comfortable & well maintained & very clean. The location was also very convenient for local amenities (restaurants, shops etc.) in this very walkable city. Communication with the property manager was also terrific. We would stay there again!
