Asopos is located approximately 100 miles (161 kilometers) from Athens, the national capital.
It's recommended not to limit your tour to the attractions of Asopos because the whole region has been blessed with plenty of great attractions. If you are keen to experience more of the region, head 12 miles (19 kilometers) to get to Monemvasia. Here you can enjoy the Monemvasia Castle and Monenvasia Kastro.
While you are staying in Asopos, don't forget to make a day trip to Ermionida. Approximately 50 miles (80 kilometers) away, this regional city is home to Ermioni Museum and Library, Crusader Castle and Agion Anargiron Monastery. If you're still looking for things to do, consider checking out Church of St. Demetrios and Dardiza Beach before you return to Asopos.
