My only fault was the lackluster service at breakfast... I can only presume the staff were busy to recall they'd seated us and hadn't taken our order. Alas.

Disappointed that the rooftop bar that was so highly advertised was closed and padlocked. Yes the weather hasn't been great but it should still be an option for people when it has been advertised so much.
Shower was one in the bath. You couldn't adjust the height and no pressure.
Online said check in was 4pm but posters in the hotel said 3pm. Reception said "it just depends if we are busy" so probably best to phone and check. Check out is 11am. Usually when check in is 4, check out is 12."
