THE ROOM WAS OLD AND HAD NO WATER PRESSURE. NOT EVEN COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE IN THE LOBBY. GAVE US A FIRST FLOOR ROOM THAT WAS NOISY RIGHT BY LOBBY. BATHROOM VANITY PAIN CHIPPED. PARKING LOT ALMOST FULL. EXPECTED MORE FROM A 4 STAR HOTEL

The staff was not friendly for the most part. Needed an extra pillow. The employee could find a pillow but not a pillow case. Didn't try to locate one either. Found one on a cart myself. The bartender on duty Thur & Fri was great even though he was out of white wine & volka. Recommendation: magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful. The property is located in a central location - close to many amenities and major highways. The property is not kept up well. Feels like a 3 star hotel. Needs a refresh!

The elevator door (at times) would not open on the second floor. We had to go either up or down and then back to the second floor for it to open. The staff tried to help and when they couldn't they gave us a complimentary breakfast. We appreciated that.
