The ambiance was decent for a discounted rate, couple nights stay. checkin was slow because the older man behind the counter is VERY slow. but please check your locks, as i didn’t find out until housekeeping walked in on me on my last day , not all their rooms are secure. The manager was able to compensate me for the situation which i appreciated. Overall my experience lets me know that there is both a staffing and upkeep issue at this hotel so ultimately i would not recommend.

This was the worse hotel stay I've ever had. The front desk worker was not helpful at all. At one point we were waiting for about 20 mins for them to come back to the desk.The rooms were dirty. Multiple stains on the carpet, mold on the shower curtain, there was some type of guck on the toilet seat that wouldn't come off. There was a roach in the shower. Burn marks in the carpet as well as hair weave on the floor. Stains on the couch. No cup thing for the coffee maker. On our 2 night staying front desk informed us they had no more towels, hand towels OR washcloths. This hotel is HORRIBLE ..Don't ever stay here.

I would not stay at Sonesta. To start off with their rooms are extremely shabby, A strong odor comes out of the a/c or in the room. Add to that even during the break fast timing the food gets over and they dont even replace it. They start winding up 10 mins prior to the closing time. People around are so noisy. The elevator is so horrible that it has not been serviced since a very long time. You press the down button yet the lift will still take you up first. Pretty slow. Sorry but this property doesnt at all live up to the expectations and most of all the photos they posted on their website

The bed was comfortable enough. Other than that it is a bad hotel to stay at. The hallways reeked of marijuana and the people staying there are trashy. Would not recommend it at all!

The property has black mold and stains all over the place. The elevator was falling apart. Stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, Expedia is in the business of ripping people off and will not refund you if you show up and tell them the problems. This is more of a 2 star property, if that.
