The staff was very accommodating. We arrived prior to check in time, found a place to park right near our door and we were able to get into our room. The place was clean and very close to the boardwalk and beach.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room was extremely clean and a very short walk to the boardwalk. I have a larger suv so parking was a bit tricky but we managed!

The room did not have cold water. I went to the front desk to speak to the woman in charge she said it has been like this for 8 years and the owner doesn’t care because I asked to speak to him. I had my service dog with me and just wanted to give him cold water to drink. The woman at the desk did give me water for my dog but they should figure out how to fix this problem.

Stayed for 3 nights with my 2 boys. We barely slept, the room next to us was insanely loud and could hear absolutely everything through the door/walls. Lots of loud barking dogs. The TV barely worked, couldnt hear the tv unless the volume was on 100. The air conditioning unit never got too cold, even set at 66. Room was very hot!

Greta does a great job managing the Coral Sands. We always feel welcome when we check in and enjoy staying there. It's centrally located and within walking distance to the places we like to go. Being a block away from the boardwalk and beach is a real plus.

Consistently friendly, clean, and maintained. Not fancy, no frills, but efficient. I especially like that the staff is the same year after year, including the cleaning staff. A good place to work that inspires loyalty in staff, translates to a good place to stay. People are respected and thus respectful of others, including customers.

It was the best place that I have stayed at out of all the times I have stayed at the beach, it’s clean, quiet and well taken care of … the only suggestion that I would have is that it is a little out dated, maybe a few renovations could attract more to the eyes walking by but that is nothing compared to the dirty motels near by … it doesn’t look like people are living there, and by far is not in comparison to the motels that look like a drug house … I would recommend this place to my family and friends. NOTE : it’s very close to the boardwalk and beach … many place say close to the beach and then you walk many blocks to the beach … they are true to their word about where they are located … no it’s not on the boardwalk but it’s only one block away … pictures online are true, what you see is what you get.

We booked through Expedia and weren't told about the 60.00 pet fee so we had to pay this upon arrival. It's a 2 star hotel so given this fact, it was okay. Wouldn't book again but I prefer 3 star and higher. For a 2 star it was clean enough and adequate. Location is great. Balcony off our room was an added bonus.
