"The reception staff did not appear to be aware of our booking via this web site. Showing the booking confirmation rectified this (fortunately there was a room available!). We were in town to visit friends, so didn't eat at the hotel, and cannot comment on the food. The staff were friendly, though the level of English was basic (even more so than our Russian!).
