It felt open and spacious, while offering both privacy and natural views for the perfect solo retreat. The sleeping loft does require a ladder climb but there was ample space to sit up and stretch out, and it was restful and cozy. The kitchen features full-size modern appliances and all the cookware I needed to prepare my own meals for two days. There are several other residences/dwellings close by on the lot but it still felt quiet and private. The parking space right in front of the house was a little uneven to walk around but I had absolutely no trouble backing out. There’s a nice outdoor coffee and pastry truck, Guernica Cafe, that’s just a five minute drive away and has a covered patio for outdoor seating with a view of the hills. If you are looking for a Tiny House to stay in, this one is not a disappointment. Easy to get to and there is plenty to do in and around the area. I come to Austin on a regular basis and was tired of staying in Hotels. Wanted a place where I could cook/warm up prepared meals. Also wanted a little more privacy or I should say less distractions. Loved sitting outside to do some work in the evening. This place fit exactly what I was looking for. The house is great. The Murphy bed was easy to operate. The shades on the windows simple and provide some privacy or block out the sun. Bathroom was good size and accommodating. Kitchen had just about everything you would need for a few days. I have stayed in places that were not as equipped as this one is. If you are a travel to Austin for business or a small family with little ones this is a very nice place to try. I would have no issues with staying here again. They sent out very easy to read and understand instructions, as well as a fantastic list of things to do in the area. ##### Stephen S.
