“Family service was terrible customer service was lacking because of a medical emergency we were not able to go on May 22nd I called the next day May 23rd I realized the policy what it means but because of not being able to get there because of a medical emergency I thought that I should have my money refunded they would not give me a refund they would give me $23 off if we went and stayed on May 23rd big deal that is nothing so I would like to have my money refunded but no one was willing to do……
