“Given a room with a broken shower. Front desk said they couldn’t do anything. Asked for a refund, they said no. At breakfast, asked for some milk for cereal…attendant said no. Remainder of breakfast was nearly inedible… thank goodness for the waffle iron. Will never stay at another Comfort Inn”

“Liked the location, on the bayfront highway…across from bay, marinas and waterfront restaurant. Nice sidewalks for walking, biking, running. Nice hotel. Great breakfast. The staff is very helpful. Room was clean. Only complaint was loud traffic racing on the bayfront highway at all hours of the night. Next time I would choose a room that faces the back wall.”

“Poorly maintained. Very off putting smell of spices and “wet” down every hall. We waited 13 mins to someone to show up to the front desk to help check us in. (5 families waiting in the lobby, phone ringing , no one around ) The bed was not what you want from a hotel bed. Creeks with every move. And your back hurts from the awful memory foam or the 4 small square, “pillows” Sandpaper rough and thin towels. We figured it couldn’t be that bad, it’s across from the casino. We were wrong”
