“While most things about this facility standard for any hotel, there were two areas that were clearly very deficient. It snowed in this area at least 24 hours prior to my arrival. The entryway from the driveway into the hotel was more than 20 feet and covered with ice. This is clearly a safety issue which the staff of this hotel does not care about. The other issue is the temperature of the hot water. When filling the tub, I will say I have never in my life have I found water as HOT as I did……
