“Veronica has gone out of her way to make this very cute studio feel so cozy! It is tight quarters, but comfortable and perfect for a short stay. The peaceful outdoor surroundings right by the river absolutely add to the experience. We love exploring towns like Conway, and we appreciated immensely how accommodating she was with our senior dog.”

“It was nice little stay nonthing fancy if your wanting to be next to the beach this isn't for you. But it did what we needed it to do for our trip for the week at the beach cause our son had basketball tournament. It was clean and cozy”

“Overall, no complaints. Maybe provide some clarification about getting the key out of the lockbox. Also, could not find the dumpster when it came time to empty the trash! Other than those two things, no issues.”

“Great Condo! Close to everything!”

“Nice view!”

“Loved the space and peacefulness”

“The unit is slightly dated, but the area to everything is great. ”

“Felt like home”

“Everything we needed in one place making it an easy choice.”

“Had a wonderful long weekend! Great location, room was clean and host was very helpful!”

“Everything essential was taken care of: complimentary WiFi, pet friendly spots, and an excellent location near attractions like the aquarium!”

“Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing……

“The room could be cleaner. The host was accessible and friendly”

“loved this building, was very quiet and was right next to the beach. We also received tickets for a free breakfast buffet our entire trip!”
