The lobby and our motel room were not clean, the breakfast hours were different that what was stated in the listing, and the hotel staff were not friendly or helpful. We left within half an hour of checking in, without a refund.

This was a lovely lodge in Baddeck! So picturesque and comfortable. The breakfast was great! The rooms lovely, and the yellow adirondack chairs - made my day!

Hosts are very welcoming. Very clean, great breakfast. As the property was recently purchased it needs a refresh. The amenities such as the coffee machines and hairdryers need to be replaced. Staff promptly tried to replace ours and several others, however the replacements also were not working. Would recommend this Lodge.

The accommodations were very dated and in need of a renovation. Small beds bathrooms and water utilities in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was free, but limited and egg and sausage Pattie’s both were cold.
