“Firstly the check in was terrible, I was waiting for another guest but suddenly I figured out that there are staff inside hiding didn't want to help and the one who was in the reception didn't bother himself to call someone from inside to help me with that.
Second the room was not clean we found some chocolate wrap in the room.
Third the pool was a mess and not clean at all not filtered nothing at all.
Also, during my whole stay there were used dirty dishes in the hallway corner ,until we left,……
