"Wow, what an incredible slice of heaven. Feels like you’re a million miles away from civilization. Waking up to the sounds of the birds in the morning, dinner with Gregory (host) and sitting on the porch in the evening were highlights of the stay. It’s a commitment to get up and down the road and 4wd is essential. As such I’d recommend staying at least 2 nights w/o going down. Hosts offers horseback rides and guided hikes around the property. "Came to Turrialba for the Canyons- but fell in love with this place. The deck was incredible, great place for mornings- watching the Tucan, watching the clouds roll by all from a comfy chair. The hot tub was a rare novelty. I spent time in other cities in CR, but this place is incredible. Absolutely will be back!"

"Get away from the Pacific coast and enjoy some true Costa Rica mountain life. Many adventures in this area…canyons, waterfalls and rivers. This place is beautifully perched above Turrialba valley…enjoy crisp clear morning views of the city and volcano off the incredible porch. In the evening use the porch for dinner, watching clouds and storms over the valley. We are so happy we chose this place to stay."

"It is not a hotel. It is located more than 15 minutes from the center of turrialba in a very remote area, difficult to access and without services such as supermarket, banks, etc. It is not well maintained. I did not stay to sleep and ask for the refund."
