This property is outdated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the hall ways smell of weed and when we asked for towels even the attendant who brought us the towels smelled of weed. The parking next door is pricy and the hotel does not offer any parking accommodations like others around it. Breakfast was adequate and normal eggs, sausage, cereal. The bathroom had a broken fan and the wall paper was peeling off. They do a security deposit upon entry. It is $100 and takes 3-5 business days to clear once you leave the hotel as long as you didn’t destroy the hotel. I had to call and ask for that information as they didn’t tel me upon check in or when I booked online. Also, it’s Baltimore so we expected all the homeless people and random local residents fighting on the corner…..

My sisters and I traveled to Baltimore for a birthday celebration. Stayed at comfort inn & suites inner harbor. Holiday weekend price was good and location excellent. Everything else was pretty bad. Omg. No hot water daily. No manager on site daily, no maintenance staff daily, no answers to questions, issues daily, etc. I took a chance despite reviews. Never again! Requested toilet tissue, housekeeping said there wasn't any and gave us a box of Kleenex, I refused it and suggested she check empty rooms. She then brought us a roll. I'm so disappointed. It's a shame. Not managed well at all. If you can tolerate rats, stinky trash. Loitering and homeless folks surrounding this hotel. Go for it. Otherwise save your money and stay at a better hotel. I will say some front desk staff were nice and helpful. Bruce, and a few others. I feel bad for them working in that type of environment. Breakfast so so. Best to dine out. Missing a tv remote. Never received one. Again no maintenance staff. Housekeeper got mad because we hsd late check out today, attitude nasty. Then a male staff person used his key and came in our room, saw my sister and said oh my bad. What yhe what. We were granted late check out because of our flight schedule and shuttle pick up time. I'm sorry to blast this property but I had to share the truth. I hope they improve soon or shut down!

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, great bed. Hallway on our floor had vomit near elevator and in hall by our room. Was never cleaned up during 2 night stay. Breakfast was decent. Parking off site for $24 per day.

Room was super cute. I did book a king sized bed room and was called an hour before check in saying my room got changed to a queen room and the price would still be the same but it was still a nice room so no complaints. Would definitely stay again. Loved the location
