This hotel was disgusting. There were socks still in the dresser, the comforter was dirty, there were bugs in the shower, and ants in the room. I wish I could get all my money back.

The property is located on a busy street with a public parking garage across the street. After arriving in the afternoon had to wait for approximately one hour in a limited space lobby for a room that was unsuitable for residence. Soiled loose toilet seat, and unknown substance on the bedroom floor. It appeared as if the room was the last available after much clean-up since there were many staff workers that left the room as we were entering. I advised the manager of the problems and that we were not staying and requested a refund. I was advised that the refund would occur and myself and wife left the Comfort Inn to find another hotel. After several follow-up calls with the manager and front desk attendant inquiring about the different withdrawals and refund amount from my back account and it is now two weeks and not receiving the complete refund to my bank account.

i love coming here! but they need to clean the ceilings in the shower. there's black mold on the ceilings.
