The staff has no knowledge of customer service the hotel lobby is always dirty . We were there for two nights our room was never cleaned the second day, we told the receptionist to at least have our towels change when we returned later that day room was not touches at all not even our bed, when we went downstairs to complain the receptionist words were(“Icome in after 3 pm I don’t know what goes on during the day” ) not even an apology. Of all the hotels we been in our lives this far the worst . Iam very disappointed with Expedia recomendó NV this terrible place

The staff was great and very helpful. Although it looked they put effort into updating the rooms the workmanship fell a little short along with the furnishings. Overall we did have a nice stay. Very convenient location. Walking distance to all the hot spots!

Slow check-in in ugly lobby with old, worn-out furniture. Elevator hardly worked, room was not quite as horrible, but furniture old, wallpaper was coming off and short on amenities. Loud from street all night, and although only one block from inner harbor, dirty and unsafe location.

Terrible bleach smell upon checking in that dissipated over time. Front desk put a large hold on my card that hasn’t dropped off even though room was paid in advance. (Most properties simply put a $1 hold) It was average because staff was pleasant and walkable to inner harbor

The room’s light didn’t work, the shower was dingy, there was no AC unit to control and the room was so hot, mini fridge didn’t work, it was a mess. We left, worst hotel room I ever stayed in. Front desk was very sweet and friendly, the one good part of our stay.

They had someone in our room. Gave us another room too small for four people told them no then they gave us a room with a hole behind toilet, bathtub filling with water and could not change the water from the tub to shower had to call for service to come and wiggle it yet it only worked half way leaving the water flowing from shower and below filling up the tub, sink filling with water, two towels for four people said no clean towels we have to wait until the morning. Paint peeling everywhere, tv hanging off wall looks like it may fall. My granddaughter which is 8 was grossed out. The kids had to brush their teeth and spit in toilet because the sink was filled with water. Smell of weed in halls and elevator. Paint peeling in elevator. Staff sat in lobby when we got in and stayed there while we addressed them. Very unprofessional. We complained to supervisor the morning and they gave us the original room we booked the night before we left. That room was not good either but sink and bathtub worked. It was a nightmare, don’t book there, please don’t do it. You can actually see the sloppy patch work their maintenance person did. Junk hotel. I’ve never stayed in a Comfort Inn in such a terrible condition. We were going to transfer to another hotel that night but the kids were too exhausted from the drive and my sister said it was too much for them. Thank God it was only a two night stay.

Front desk folks were friendly enough and helpful. Had to switch rooms because the A/C didn’t seem to be working well and it was noisy. TV in living area did not work, no hot water. They quickly got in a different room that had a quieter A/C that worked, hot water, but one of the TVs still didn’t work which that ended up not being a big deal. Not a bad hotel, probably wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the only option. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels nearby that cost about the same.

Upon arriving to my reservation I was meet with a cease and desist notice on the door and this building is condemned. When I walked to the reception desk to inquire about the notice and my reservation. I was informed the “city cut the power and they are working on getting them back on. I should come be in a hour.” I left the property to fine me another hotel. I was then told theyre within their right to charge me a cancellation fee which is one night plus tax. This is ridiculous.

When checking in no hello, welcome or instructions. Front desk was rude and wouldn’t talk with the guests. Upon return, there were police standing in the entrance to keep locals from congregating. Not the best experience. Clean and quiet but the above issues would make me hesitate to return.

the location was good. Hotel was not pleasant to stay in very dirty and to maintained. Each morning the elevator smelled of vomit, looked like windows were never cleaned. Hotel room was shocking,holes in walls, broken furniture, strange markings on furniture and drapes, loose electric plus, no wall scones just bulbs, toilet seat didn't was wrong shape for toilet. Seemed like more like a hostel then Comfort Inn. There was breakfast and for our three night say no beverages other than coffee. If the hotel was that unkept was incredible hesitant to eat prepared food.

The pictures are very exaggerated. It’s in the middle of downtown, The upkeep of the hotel was horrendous. Very, very rundown. When you have to use your key to get onto the elevator and off your floor, you know you’re not in the right place. Especially with little kids. The beds were very comfortable, the linen seemed clean, the mattress was nice. The breakfast was OK. But the clientele and the property was very very rundown.
