We arrived late and the whole place was filthy. The key to I the room did not work. We were given another room. The room was filthy. The bathroom had stains on the toilet, tub and floors. The walls were dirty. The microwave and the refrigerator was filthy. There were burn marks on the bed linens. Roaches were crawling everywhere. There was no internet. In the morning when I asked for a clean room, I was told to get out. Since I paid via a 3rd party I was told I was not getting a refund or a receipt. I call the police. At which time I was told that I would be charged for one night and was given a receipt. The front, halls, parking lot, facility inside and out was not a clear depiction of what was advertised on the Expedia website.
