“This was a great place to stay in Lisburn and as a base for a long weekend. It is very central and has a car park underneath which you pay for. The hotel is clean and well maintained, although personally I don’t like the exposed pipes and air conditioning systems ( quite common these days - why not hide them behind a ceiling??) The bedroom was large and a lovely big bed, large bathroom, strong shower and nice toiletries. There was a kettle, but no sign of the coffee machine that was supposed to……

“I was very impressed with the facilities and the staff at the hotel. The guest in the neighbouring room was being rather noisy and I knew that it would disturb my sleep, so I approached reception and they were kind enough to offer an alternative, quiet room in which I slept well... :-) I was also very impressed with the breakfast. I chose the cooked option and it set me up for the day... I would highly recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here again if I'm visiting Newry.”

“Welcome was good, friendly and informative. Room was pleasant, clean and well situated with à separate entrance to Restaurant. Meals taken were good with excellent selection for breakfast. We were aware of entertainment in the Bar, which was excellent both nights. Note: entertainment is not availble in their Bar every night but there is entertainment somewhere in Rostrevor each night.”

“Had a lovely room overlooking the sea. Rooms were warm and quirky and bed very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly which means a lot. And the food was amazing. Would definitely go back.”

“A beautiful Georgian mansion. Lovely host. However no TV; "fully breakfast" was advertised, but only a meager cold cereal or toast offered. I think they should revise their ad to accurately reflect there is NO FULL breakfast.”
