“Très bonne location pour sortir et tout faire à pied. Arrivée très facile grâce au propriétaire. Chambre grande propre, pièces à partager propres. Les coussins étaient un peu trop grand et les plaids pas très longs sinon super séjour. ”

“What a wonderful apartment. Large, lots of light, lots of room. It is at at the end of few flights of stairs, which might be a problem for the less mobile. However, once in the apartment, you have high ceilings, a wonderful balcony, great bathroom and and kitchen that has everything need to self-cater. Could not recommend more. ”

“El único problema es el colchón, es viejo y muy endeble, después de un par de noches te duele la espalda, las almohadas apenas y se pueden llamar almohadas, muy viejas
Es un poco incómodo el departamento ya que hay dos personas que viven ahí y llegas a sentir que está invadiendo su espacio.
El lugar esta céntrico de una estación de tren y no está tan lejos de el centro y supermercados”

“Die Umgebung war sehr zentral, man hat mit der Straßenbahn alles wunderbar erreicht. Das Apartment war überraschend ruhig, obwohl es direkt an der Straße liegt. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir mussten eine Kleinigkeit melden und es wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Hausmeister Robby, den wir persönlich kennenlernen durften. Er macht seine Arbeit mit Herz und ist sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder ”

“El lugar esta excelente, super limpio y cuidado. La comunicación y accesibilidad fue increible asi como la empatía y ayuda en general fue inmejorable. Definitivamente lo super recomiendo y sin duda volvería a quedarme ahi....esta muy cerca del HBF”

“Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und zentral in der Südstadt gelegen. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs wie z.B. Supermärkte, Kneipen, Restaurants, Geschäfte usw. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Super Basis, um auch den Rest Kölns zu erkunden. ÖPNV ist ums Eck.Die Ausstattung ist super. Alles ist vorhanden, was man so für ein paar Tage benötigt.Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung rar und kostenpflichtig. Wir haben das Angebot des Vermieters angenommen und gegen kleinen Aufpreis einen Stellplatz in der Nähe...
