“Room was exceptionally clean, cosy and a nice outlook. Didn’t interact verbally with any staff as all done online before and after arrival and had a code for KeyLock emailed to me.
Asked for a late check out of 11am , 8 weeks before arrival date but unable to accommodate which was disappointing. Bit pricey for a Tuesday night stay at $350+ a night,but probably taking advantage of Jimmy Bs 70th Birthday Bash (which we attended) as everything was booked out.
Would definitely stay again.

“The motel was easy to find and well situated near shops and restaurants and it was quiet.
The room was very clean and had everything that was needed, we only stayed for one night but would stay longer if needed. Free parking was a plus, right outside the door. I requested for a ground floor room and was provided with that.
About two hours before check in time I received communication indicating the room number, passcode to open the door and the free wifi password.

“Unable to used the facility and trying to cancelled since i realised my booking st underra but not yet succeeded the person on chats kept asking thesame questions over and over from half pass 9 till 11pm, so li ley go.
I just need my refund money, i think i call the customer support on Monday 11 May'26.
