This 4-bedroom modern villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. It offers a heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, several terraces, and balconies with beautiful sea views. The convenient location close to the Promajna village center and to the beaches, allows you to easily reach everything within a couple of minutes on foot. The vibrant center of Makarska town is 7 km away. The residential area of the Villa Sea Splendor with pool has 305 square meters and spreads over 4 levels. The total plot of the villa has a surface of 593sqm. On the ground floor, there is a large open-space plan living zone featuring a fully equipped kitchen, lavish living room, and dining table. Also on this floor, you will find one bedroom. The bedroom has a large double bed, TV, AC, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, oven, blender, kettle, and espresso coffee machine. There is also an electric grill provided.
