"Room was great and Kim at the front desk was very personable. The shower was a little finicky but am guessing it was the operator. The hand held came apart while trying to make it work correctly. The breakfast was delicious and the lady making sure everything was fine did a great job. Like that there is hot chocolate at the coffee bar. Tasted so good since it was chilly."

"Positives: exceptional staff (kind, considerate, and helpful), wonderful lobby…neat, clean, variety of snacks and food items to purchase, creative, free coffee all day, and welcoming, comfortable bed, great shower, clean room with several shelves for belongings (loved!), easy to get to elevator and room, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best…variety of items and so yummy! Negatives: There was only a shower, no bathtub in my room which didn’t bother me at all but might be important to others. There were really no negatives for me! I loved this hotel!!"
