Told my reservation had been cancelled when I checked in. Luckily, I had proof of payment and confirmation from Expedia that it was reserved. No refrigerator to store your own drinks/food. Nice that bottled water was complimentary but lots of plastic waste. One of the receptionists was incredibly rude and had a scowl on her face the entire interaction - was about to charge for the rollaway bed even though I had received a message from the Bostonian that it would be complimentary. Initially, she declined to honor it saying that the communication was through Expedia, honoring it only after I showed her the email stating the communication was from the Bostonian through the Expedia site.
