“Room was dated.. bathtub in primary bedroom had mold and mildew!”

“No breakfast was provided. We waited from 7 to to 7:15, knocked on the office door, and called the phone number provided. No one answered and no one responded. The room was moldy, curtains were not fully closed, and tv did not have local channels. We also had multiple attempts to connect with Wi-Fi. We left the lodge at 7:30 am and had breadfast in downtown Lee. ”

“The property was clean and the front staff amazing! My complaint was with housekeeping. They came knocking early in the morning when we were still sleeping. They never came back all 3 days. I was shocked for 3 days no cleaning or replenishing toilet paper, trash pick up, etc.”

“We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. The bathroom faucet was so loose that we dad to hold it down when turning it on. The was a foul odor on the second floor and the carpet in the hallway was worn and……

“Hotel is beautifully decorated, I stayed one night and it was perfect. Dinner was delicious and the tea and cookies outside were wonderful. I saw people enjoying beautiful cocktails too. Overall the room was beautiful and showering with Le Labo products was a great way to end the day!”
