“Breakfast menu was great. Area was very clean and staff attentive. Room was fine but I don't know why we were in a room obviously made for wheelchair access”

The toilet paper dispenser doesn't fit a whole roll of toilet paper; you have to take it off the core to get it to actually roll. The shampoo……

“We got married here 15 years ago and came back to celebrate our anniversary. They’ve done a good job maintaining a nice place. The rooms could use an update but were clean, the staff were super nice, and the location is perfect for walking around and checking out local stores and restaurants. The only downside we saw was the breakfast. They always have the same, small biscuits and just change the meat. “I had a reservation for 3 night. The rating for staff should be 2 1/2. The elevator was broken the whole time so I had to stay on the first floor. I don't like that. About 2 hours after being in the room, someone with a key to the room opened the door. If I had not had the flap bar across the door he would have been able to walk in. “Saludos, Realicé una reservación con el personal de recepción al momento de mi llegada debido a inconvenientes con mi viaje. Sin embargo, no pude alojarme, ya que el personal de servicio al cliente me indicó que la reservación sería válida para el día siguiente. Luego de haber realizado el pago, se me informó que la reservación había sido cancelada por un error en la fecha. Han transcurrido ya dos meses y continúo en espera de una respuesta por parte de la gerencia respecto al reembolso……

“We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given……

“I was very pleased with the room and the size of it. Plenty of room to move around. The guest closet was the best, we needed more conditioner. This closet is stocked with anything you need that you may have forgotten. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Beaufort.”

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 607 as a memorable part of our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We will definitely return!!”
