Rooms were clean and the property seems to have recently renovated. It’s an older property but none of the funky carpet or smells that older properties sometimes have. Fast food options very close by and only about 25 minutes from more upscale dining options in Beaufort and surrounding area. Very reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

The exterior is in need of renovation. There were bags of trash next to a full trash bin. There when I arrived, there when I left. People at front desk were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It was more updated than the exterior. Air and shower worked well. Bed was very comfortable. I left before breakfast was served. I would stay again.

While the staff were very nice, there seemed to be an electrical problem in the breakfast area, so the food was cold, and the waffle iron wasnt working and very little was out, due to the problem. Someone did fix it when breakfast was almost over. The pool was cemented over, though I dont usually swim. All rooms are outside entrances, but I was put in the courtyard side.
