"The room was really nice and clean. The lobby was good. The breakfast was basic but it tasted all right. The indoor pool was freezing cold and I understand it’s an indoor pool but it was outrageously cold so I was able to put my toddler in the hot tub it wasn’t even that hot. "

"The room smelled like smoke eventhough it was a non-smoking room. Half the lights in the room didn't work. The light in the bathroom flickered and eventually went off. Mold in the bathroom due to fan not working. The handle in the bath tub was falling off. The sink and tub plugs were missing. The phone in the room was disconnected. The TV remote didn't work. The hot tub was cold. The continental breakfast was not set up by 7am on the weekend with no staff in sight. I'm not sure if there even was a breakfast because we left right at 7am after not seeing anyone. "

"Very quiet. Minimal interaction with staff but the room was large and the shower was super nice. Worked perfectly for my conference stay. "

"I don’t remember the name of the lady working when we checked in but she was so friendly and helpful with places to eat. The only thing about the breakfast is it limited so if you’re picky it’s not for you. It suited us just fine though."
