Once we booked, they asked us a few questions about food and drink preferences, and when we arrived, we saw that they listened to our responses, as we were greeted with items that matched our answers! Before our arrival, we had travel questions, and Johannes immediately messaged with answers. After we arrived, Johannes helped us with our luggage (the steps are steep), but we had no problem going up or down! He was able to help us figure out the best way to……
