Staff at check in were lovely and very chatty and friendly. The room was big although the bed did not look or feel like a king in the executive suite. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing. No one mentioned this to us even so we had told staff we intended on going. We got towels from the pool desk and again nothing was said. Having undressed a toddler and got all the way to the steps in the pool to discover the water was freezing. Unbearably cold. We then had to turn around and leave and when I mentioned this to the staff at the desk leaving he said “yeah management have the pool heating turned off to save money” - I wish we knew and saved ourselves all the trouble!

The hotel is comfortable, but a bit dated. I found it difficult to find outlets where i could charge my cellphone (had to have the phone way across the room so that I was not able to read in bed on my iphone). The gym is a high point -- one of the best hotel gyms that I have seen in a European hotel.
Where as the general staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us, housekeeping was shocking.
1 teabag for 2 people for 2 nights in an executive room is not acceptable.
Zero service, not even toiletries supplied after 1st night.
Room immaculate but 1 standard and 1 old pillow did not compliment an extremely comfortable bed.
All in all a poor let down on a lovely hotel.
Dirty throughout. The phone & remote was disgusting, didn’t want to touch either of them. Mold in tub, Spider webs in corners of room, broken latch on window, and no bottled water anywhere on property. None provided in the room. No mini bar to even purchase water or drinks in room. For the price I paid, most hotels have water or a mini bar you can purchase water from. No atm either. Halls dimly lit. Breakfast buffet was self served. Plates were dirty. Cheese appeared to be old and half frozen. Completely grossed out & disappointed. Positives: friendly staff, nice location.
Hotel was shabby, definitely not worth $350. Our room was not cleaned properly - there were sticky spots on the counter and the carpet had stains. In addition, the shower sprayed everywhere and the sink must have been very clogged, as it gurgled for a good minute whenever it was used.
Very disappointed with room considering it was an Executive room. It was not a King size bed. The quilt cover was king but the quilt was double - bad.
The condition/cleaning was ok not fantastic.
One big point I’d like to make the Swimming Pool was not at all inviting as it was freezing cold only used once for 2 mins. ( if that)
