"The homely style of house fit perfectly with our needs. It is close to downtown, in a safe neighborhood, and surrounded by beautiful sights. The kitchen is spacious, beds large (and comfortable), and bathrooms clean. I could not recommend this stay more!"

"I'd like to begin this review by hiding a few of the positives. The units came as advertised looks-wise, and the pictures did the units justice, for the most part. There are several concerns that I would also like to point out, however. First, in one of the bathrooms, at least three of the towels had wads of hair in them. This made the towels unusable and the unit feel unclean. Second, the upstairs balconies were wrecked. It looked like an animal had gotten to the cushions they were so torn up,...

"We came here as a group of 9 for a birthday weekend! Allen was amazing throughout the entire process with communication and accommodation, if possible. House was the perfect size for our group and we still had plenty of room for a few more guests! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Our first impression was lots of stairs which could be a real problem for some people. We looked forward to using the the rooftop decks but the condition of the furniture there was poor. The units provide plenty of room for sleeping and the bed rooms and bathrooms were nice. However, small living rooms and dining areas are not conducive to larger groups who would typically occupy both units. The quality of the furniture was less than expected, especially for an otherwise upscale rental. ...
