“Staff stood out. As a women traveling solo I felt completely safe and every single individual I’ve come across was beyond sweet. I felt like I had two big brothers who were ensuring I had a comfortable safe stay - needless to say, there were a handful of times I needed help getting back to the Riad as my GPS was not routeing correctly and neither one ever hesitated to come get me. Highly recommend and will stay again when in Marrakech!”

“Our stay at Jaaneman was really nice, Mohamed was very helpful and made our stay perfect. The weather wasn’t as we expected, it was cold for marrakech, but he managed to fix the room and add some extra heaters for our comfort. The Riad is clean and the breakfast is delicious. We really appreciated that the street the Riad is at is full of policeman and the location is very convenient. All in all I would definitely recommend this beautiful Riad. ”

“I had a great stay at Riad Papillon. They arranged my transportation to and from the airport. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to the entrance of the Medina where someone from the Riad met me to help with my bags and walk me to the Riad. It is a very charming, quiet place to stay within minutes walk to everything. Breakfast was great and the concierge services were helpful and appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

"Ha sido el mejor hotel en el que he estado nunca, la amabilidad del personal es increíble. Una mención especial a: Amina, Khamissa, Safia, Karin y Yassine que nos han echo la estancia super familiar, tratándonos genial y haciéndonos sentir en casa. Las instalaciones están genial, el desayuno es increíble y es un lugar muy limpio. Sin duda vamos a volver a Marrakech y a este Riad. 100% recomendable "

"Estancia inmejorable en Marrakech. Habitación familiar muy grande. Limpieza excelente y todo personal simpre dispuesto a ayudar y aconsejar. La ubicación es inmejorable,a escasos metros del Jaardín Secreto. Zona llena de vida con multitud de restaurantes cerca y apenas a 10 minutos de la plaza Jama el Fnaa o de la Madrasa de Ben Youssef. El desayuno tradicional es abundante y todo hecho al momento. Preguntamos por un sitio en el que poder hacer tatuajes de henna para evitar el "sablazo" que pegan en las plazas turísticas y recomendaron varios que teníamos cerca. La recomemdación fue todo un acierto tanto por calidad vomo por precio. Si volvemos a Marrakech, sin duda será al Bliss Riad."
