“The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. ”

“Das Riad befindet sich in einer Security Zone, was gut war. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber wunderschön eingerichtet
Die Terrasse kann ich nur empfehlen. Ruhig und entspannt. Das Pool befindet sich ca 5min vom Riad entfernt. Ebenfalls mit Security. Für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut. ”

“My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing.
The first room we were given was advertised as a Deluxe Room, but it clearly wasn’t what was shown in the photos. To make matters worse, the shower had visible black mould, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. After we complained, staff showed us a couple of alternative rooms. While the replacement room was an improvement, it still didn’t feel……
